Terms of Service — Projects

The service

Projects is a construction task management platform operated by Projects Build, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not share your login credentials with others.

Acceptable use

You may use Projects for lawful construction management purposes. You may not use the platform to store or transmit illegal content, harass others, attempt to breach our security, or scrape data in ways that impact service performance for other users.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in USD. We offer a 14-day refund on new paid subscriptions. After that, payments are non-refundable but your access continues through the end of your billing period. You can cancel at any time and your plan will not renew.

Your data

You own your data. We don't claim any rights to the projects, tasks, contacts, or files you store in Projects. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we'll retain your data for 30 days so you can retrieve it before deletion.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

Projects is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Projects after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
