By using Projects (projects.build and app.projects.build) you agree to these terms. We've kept them in plain language on purpose.

The service

Projects is software for managing construction work — tasks, schedules, money, plans, photos, and contacts. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but it's provided as-is, without warranty. Keep your own records for anything contractually or legally critical.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your login. Don't use the service to break the law, and don't try to break the service.

Your content

Everything you put in stays yours. You give us only the permissions needed to store it, sync it across your devices, and show it to the teammates you invite.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly (or annually, if you choose), per office seat. Cancel any time; you keep access through the period you've paid for. No cancellation fees, no retention phone call.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect. Questions: hello@projects.build.
