What counts as a project?

Every paid plan includes unlimited projects. Free includes one lifetime project; deleting or archiving does not restore that allowance. Photos, plans and files count toward workspace storage even when their project is archived.

Do you charge per person?

Yes. Choose Starter or Pro for the workspace and pay for each internal person, including the owner, office staff and field staff. There are no seat bundles or minimum team sizes. Client portal participants are free on Starter; subcontractor portal participants are free on Pro.

Who counts toward the people number?

You and the teammates in your workspace, including office and field roles. Clients and subcontractors using the portal do not count toward the internal people limit.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Existing work stays available. At a storage limit, additional uploads pause until you free space or choose more capacity. Eligible Free workspaces can try Pro for 14 days, once per workspace, with no card.

Are there feature add-ons?

No. Each tier includes its listed tools. Storage and internal-person pricing are shown alongside the plan. Larger migrations or custom services, if requested, are scoped separately.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Starter is $15 and Pro is $30 per person per month. Annual billing saves 20%: $144 per person on Starter or $288 on Pro, paid upfront. Canceling stops the next renewal.
