An office seat is anyone who runs the business — touches money, estimates, the client list, or the whole portfolio. Those are the seats you pay for ($39 each on Pro, $69 on Business). A field seat is your crew: they see the jobs they're on, work their tasks, mark them done, read the plans, and add photos — no money, no sales. Field seats, and view-only seats, are free and unlimited.

Only for office seats — the people running the money and the jobs. Your whole field crew is free, no matter how many. That's the opposite of Procore (priced on your construction volume) and Autodesk (a paid seat for every single person). You pay for the office; the crew rides free.

Pro ($39/office seat) is the full job: unlimited projects, money, estimates and invoices, plans, schedule, plus unlimited free field and viewer seats. Business ($69/office seat) adds the things a shop running real money needs — cost & margin privacy, progress/AIA billing with draw schedules, a branded client portal with e-signature, portfolio dashboards, and QuickBooks sync (coming soon).

On Business we do it with you — a real person who has done it for their own company imports your vendors, clients, and money data. On any plan, CSV import for vendors, clients, and expenses is on the way; email us in the meantime and we'll help.

Yes. Export your money data as CSV any time, and your projects, tasks, and contacts are never held hostage. If you leave, you leave with everything.

Only if you want the discount — annual gets you two months free. Monthly is the default, cancel any time. There is no implementation fee, no onboarding package, and no training seminar to buy — if the software needs those, that's the software's fault.
