Is everything really included?
Every workflow feature — schedule, money, plans, photos, directory, the iPhone app, the web app — is on every plan, including Free. We don't hold scheduling or budgets hostage behind a module. Business adds team-scale things: free field seats, external collaborators, advanced roles, and white-glove import — service and scale, not features held back.
What's a field seat?
Someone on your crew who needs their task list, the plans, and a camera — not budgets or scheduling. On Business they're free and unlimited: they see their tasks, check them off, and add photos. Office seats (anyone who touches money, schedule, or the whole portfolio) are the seats you pay for.
What happens when I add someone mid-month?
Their seat is prorated for the days they're on. Remove a seat and the credit applies to your next bill. No phone call either way.
Can I bring data from my old tools?
On Business we do it with you — a real person who has done it for their own company imports your vendors, clients, and money data. On any plan, CSV import for vendors, clients, and expenses is on the way; email us in the meantime and we'll help.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Export your money data as CSV any time, and your projects, tasks, and contacts are never held hostage. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Do you do annual contracts?
Only if you want the discount — annual gets you two months free. Monthly is the default, cancel any time. There is no implementation fee, no onboarding package, and no training seminar to buy — if the software needs those, that's the software's fault.
