Billing & your subscription
Manage or cancel your plan
Everything is self-serve — no email required. In the app, go to Settings → Billing to change plans, update your card, add seats, or cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your billing period, and downgrading never deletes your data.
A charge on your statement
Charges from us appear as PROJECTSBUILD on your card statement. If you see one you don't recognize, email us before disputing it — we'll look it up and make it right the same day.
Refunds
Billed when you didn't mean to be, or something went wrong on our end? Email hello@projects.build with the workspace name and we'll sort out the refund — no forms, no fine print.
Your data
It's yours. Export your money data to CSV any time from the app, and if you leave, you leave with everything. Details in our privacy policy and terms.
